Precautions for application
申込にあたっての注意事項
1. 必ず、申込前にお部屋の空き状況をお問い合わせ下さい。
1. Please be sure to inquire the availability of the room before applying.
2. 当物件の契約は定期借家契約を締結しますので、契約満了日が退室期限となります。
2. The contract of this property will conclude a fixed-term lease agreement, so the contract expiration date will be the departure deadline.
3. 申込フォームには必要事項を正確に登録下さい。内容によってはお申込を承る事が出来ない場合がございますので、予めご了承下さい。
3. Please fill out the required items correctly. Please also note that depending on the content, it may not be possible to accept the application.
4. 必要書類が弊社で確認出来た時点で正式な受付（お申込）となります。（受付順）
4. Formal acceptance of application will be at the time the required document can be confirmed by us. (Order of acceptance)
5. 退去時の清掃料を初回のお支払いの際にご請求致します。（1K,1DK:30,000円/1LDK:45,000円(税別)）
5. Cleaning fee at the time of departure will be charged at the time of initial payment. (1K,1DK:¥30,000 or 1LDK:¥45,000 (plus tax))
6. 賃料に光熱費が含まれています。（光熱費上限は1K,1DK:20,000円/1LDK:30,000円/月を超える場合は追加請求となります）
6. The rent includes utility fee. (Additional fee will be charged if it exceeds the upper limit of ¥20,000/month of the 1K,1DK type or ¥30,000/month of the 1LDK type)
7. ２ヶ月以上の契約で賃料を毎月払いする際は毎月27日までに翌月分をクレジットカード（法人契約は振込も可能）でお支払い頂きます。
7. If you pay the rent monthly with the contract of 2 months or more, please pay by credit card (Bank transfer is also available for corporate contracts) for the following month by the 27th of every month.
8. 3ヶ月以上の契約の場合、敷金0.5ヶ月分をお預かりします。退去時清掃費用は敷金から精算致します。
8. In case of the contract of 3 months or more, 0.5 month of the security deposit will be kept. Cleaning fee at the time of leaving will be deducted from the security deposit.
9. 契約を延長して3ヶ月を超える場合は8の敷金を追加でお支払い頂きます。
9. If you extend the contract for less than 3 months and the term of the contract exceeds 3 months, you will need to pay the security deposit of 8 above.

Process to move-in
ご入居までの流れ

About the payment method of the rent
家賃のお支払い方法について
2ヶ月以上のご契約をする場合、家賃支払い方法は以下の通りとなります。
For the contract for more than 2 months, the method of paying rent is as above.
●初回のお支払いは契約開始日～当月末までの日割家賃をお支払い頂きます。
For the first payment, please pay the daily rent from the contract start date to the end of the current month.
●契約開始日が20日以降の場合は日割家賃＋翌月分家賃1ヶ月分も一緒にお支払い頂きます。
If the first contract starts on the 20th or later, you will be required to pay the daily rent plus the monthly rent for the following month.
●2回目以降のお支払いは毎月20日頃にメールでクレジットカード決裁のご案内をお送りしますので、27日までに翌月分をお支払い頂きます。（法人契約の場合は月末までに振込）
For the second and subsequent payments, we will send you an email about the credit card payment around the 20th of each month, so please pay for the next month by the 27th. (For corporate contract, transfer by the end of the month)
●退去予定日に該当する家賃は日割金額で請求致します。
The rent corresponding to the scheduled move-out date will be charged on a prorated basis.
